Do my customers need to download an app?
Nope. They tap your card with their phone and your profile opens in their browser. No app, no setup, no friction. That is the whole point.
Does it really work in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?
Yes. Every profile gets an Add to Apple Wallet and Add to Google Wallet button. Once it's saved, your card lives next to their boarding passes and credit cards. They can tap it from their lock screen forever — even when they don't have your physical card on them.
What if I want to text my card instead of tapping it?
Every profile has a Download button that gives you a vCard, a QR code, and a PNG of your card. Drop any of them into a text, an email signature, or a flyer. Same profile, no chip needed.
Can I see who's tapping my card?
You see how many taps, what links got clicked, and roughly when. Names aren't tracked — but if your tapper saves your contact or hits a Save button, you'll know your card is paying off.
Can Got It Tap scan paper business cards?
Yes. In your Contacts tab, tap Scan card and take a photo of any paper business card — Got It Tap reads the name, phone, email, and company and saves the contact for you. No typing. It's part of Got It Tap Pro.

What phones work with NFC?
Pretty much anything from the last 5+ years. iPhone XS and up on iOS 14+, almost every Android made since 2019. Older iPhones may need to open the camera app first. Newer phones detect taps automatically.
Can I update my profile after I buy?
Anytime. Sign in to your dashboard, edit any link, photo, or color. Changes go live the second you hit save. The chip itself never gets rewritten. It points to your profile, and your profile points to whatever you want.

Anywhere in the United States. We pre-program every chip in Texas before it ships. Orders placed before 3pm CT ship same-day. Most US addresses get it in 2 to 4 business days.
