Do my customers need to download an app?
Nope. They tap your card with their phone and your profile opens in their browser. No app, no setup, no friction. That is the whole point.
What phones work with NFC?
Pretty much anything from the last 5+ years. iPhone XS and up on iOS 14+, almost every Android made since 2019. Older iPhones may need to open the camera app first. Newer phones detect taps automatically.
Can I update my profile after I buy?
Anytime. Sign in to your dashboard, edit any link, photo, or color. Changes go live the second you hit save. The chip itself never gets rewritten. It points to your profile, and your profile points to whatever you want.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. We pre-program every chip in Texas before it ships. By the time it lands at your door, it is already yours.
How fast does it ship?
Orders placed before 3pm CT ship same-day. Most US addresses get it in 2 to 4 business days. Bulk and custom-print orders take 5 to 7 business days.
